Creative chaos is a solvable problem.

Most creative ops leaders came up through project management. I came up through a camera.
Over eleven years I shot and directed commercial projects for Verizon Wireless, Morgan Stanley, Ralph Lauren, TD Ameritrade, and Travel Channel. Studio and location work across New York and Los Angeles. Fashion, finance, lifestyle, entertainment. Years of that work taught me where creative production actually breaks down, not from a dashboard, but from inside the room where it happens.
The turn came while running content at a high-volume ecommerce brand. I built a project management system from scratch to track every asset from idea to delivery. The channel scaled to 264K followers in under six months. What I held onto wasn’t the number. It was the system. That’s when I crossed from making things to designing the infrastructure that makes things.
At AAA Auto Club Enterprises, I built Creative Services from the ground up. One person became nine. Sprint-based workflows replaced reactive request queues. A centralized Monday.com intake and delivery system eliminated redundant handoffs and created a single source of truth from brief to final asset. Delivery speed increased by 50%. On-time asset delivery hit 95% in 2025. I also led a controlled evaluation of AI platforms including Google Vertex AI Studio, establishing guardrail-based governance frameworks and cross-team standardization so AI adoption served the work instead of fragmenting it.
Now, through CM Marketing, I design and pressure-test creative operating systems outside enterprise constraints: AI governance frameworks, human-in-the-loop approval workflows, intake-to-delivery architecture. The same problems, without the bureaucracy slowing down the solutions.
